Buses use the Butler Station bus stands alongside Butler Boulevard, roughly 50 metres (about a minute’s walk) from Butler Central.
Frequent Routes
Routes 481 to 488 serve Butler Station, connecting Butler with Alkimos, Clarkson and the surrounding northern suburbs, with some peak services running about every 10 minutes.
By Train
Take the Yanchep line (formerly the Joondalup line) to Butler Station — the centre is only about a 50-metre, step-free walk from the platform.

Butler Station is the nearest train station, on the Yanchep line and directly beside the centre (around 50 metres away). It’s a fully accessible station with lifts, accessible toilets and a large park-and-ride car park.
Connecting Buses from Butler Station
No connecting bus is needed — it’s a short, level walk of about 50 metres from the station and bus interchange straight to Butler Central.
By Car
From the Mitchell Freeway, take the Butler Boulevard exit for direct access to the centre; Butler Boulevard also links to Marmion Avenue to the west and Connolly Drive to the east. Butler Central has more than 430 free on-site shopper parking bays (note the separate Butler Station park-and-ride car park is paid).
Accessibility
Butler Central is a single-level, enclosed centre with step-free movement throughout, and the adjacent Butler Station offers lifts, accessible toilets and ACROD parking. For accessible parking close to the suite or any specific requirements, please contact the clinic before your visit.
